This company is a FRAUD! I AM WARNING YOU!
BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! DO NOT BUY HAIR FROM THEM unless you want to THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE!

They SENT ME SYNTHETIC HAIR! Almost $500 down the drain.

You can not rely on this supplier. They have been my supplier for about a month. There pictures look GREAT there site. I will share my experience in my dealings with this supplier, so that they do not take anyone else money and do to them what they did to me. More than $500 gone down the drain. When I ordered and placed my order the woman named Eva Wang went and retrieved the money as soon, maybe 10 minutes after I sent it to her. Then she told me she sent my order and everything is fine. When I received my order of about 6 bundles they were all the wrong lengths! I received all shorts lengths, when I ordered mostly 16's, 20 inches and 18 inches they sent me 10's, 12's, and 14's. They take your money and send you whatever they have. I found out this is because they are a TRADING company not a FACTORY!
They trade hair. They are not reliable suppliers. And I learned all this after investing so much money. Everything wasted! You don't know what you will get every time you order. You can not rely on them especially if you resell hair. They will cause you to lose many customers as a result just like I did. When I et them know, especially EVA WANG the person who deals with selling and sending hair for the company she apologized, said it was her mistake. She seemed really remorseful, and since the hair was Ok I decided to give the company a second chance an order again, after she told me she would give me a big discount! Her Big Discount was $8.00! After all the money she made me loose for messing up my order $8.00 was the Big discount, which SHE DIDNT EVEN GIVE ME! I learned this only after I placed the order the discount was revealed to me. After I placed another order she went and retrieved the money so fast again, 10 minutes to be exact after I emailed her and told her that I sent it. This time I ordered 5 bundles and a closure. When I received the package it was SO HORRIBLE! THE QUALITY OF THE HAIR! It was tangling and felt very hard not soft at all! So I cut a bit off a bundle and washed it> After I washed it the quality turned into synthetic hair, JUST HORRIBLE! So I called the company, asked for the owner and they passed me Eva Wang. After I explained to her that this was not even remotely close to the quality she sent me before. She told me she does not care! She doesn't care if I do not buy again from her. She doesn't receive complaints. HOW DONT YOU RECIEVE COMPALAINTS WITH YOUR EXPENSIVE PRICES SAYING THAT YOU SELL VIRGIN HAIR WHEN I IS SNYTHETIC? She then hung up on me, When I spoke to her very calmly. Guangzhou Shine Hair Trading takes your money and send whatever they want and have. I resell hair. I could not give that to my customers! So I lost my money. What could I do? Now I am warning you guys buy hair from them ONLY and ONLY IF you want to throw YOUR MONEY IN THE GARBAGE!

I also find out after it was mentioned it they have a lot of family in the US she told me, before I bought when she was trying to convince me to buy from them.

All their REVIEWS and 5 stars on there aliexpress store ARE FAKEE! They have people their relatives writing reviews to fool people JUST LIKE THEY FOOLED ME!

HER NAME IS EVA WANG she is the boss BUT SHE LIES AND SAYS LILY LUO IS THE BOSS and Queenie! THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS AND SCAMMERS!

She will say sorry and apologize then the next time she does something worse.
