I got to the station early just to find out almost an hour later that the bus had departed already! This was my first and last time using your services, the agent was nonchalant and knew the bus had left but refused to inform me! I showed him my e-ticket upon arrival and he told me to show the bus driver, I was under the impression that the bus was behind on schedule but I sat there waiting only to find out that the bus had left early not on scheduled time.
