Greyhound Lines - Refund / traveling / conditions / customer service

On March 11th 2022 I had a trip confirmation #[protected] LA leaving at 2:30 am arriving March 12 th in KCMo 7pm with a switching busses in Tulsa Oklahoma. That’s not what happened. When we got to Flagstaff Az there was a snow storm it started getting cold. We kept asking the driver it please turn up the heat. He just ignored us and I asked 3 times. He finally turned up the heat. We had a lsyotin Albuquerque NM. From Albuquerque to Amarillo Tx we literally were freezing. It was my 18 year old day my 22 month old granddaughter. For 9 hour we were cold. Thank God I brought a couple of throw covers. Once we reached Amarillo we stayed there for about 1-2 hours. There heat didn’t work. It was still snowing. The bus driver was rushing us off the bus. We had a lot of luggage and bags on the bus. Just rude. And I had a baby. One we finally got a new bus. That bus driver was halfway decent. But every stop and layover every employee we came in contact with treated us like we were one of the bums in the station. It was just so disappointing. We finally reached Tulsa and was told there were no more busses to KC so they would get us a hotel room and printed us new tickets. Then after 20 minutes the Representative said his boss called and the station closes in 30 minutes they will have to send us back to Oklahoma City where we just left. At this point we had no help with all of this luggage. I just had surgery a week prior and I couldn’t take anymore disrespect or disregard nor could I risk anymore delays by this time we needed a break. I tried finding a rental but it was spring break and there were none in town. I ended up paying a cab driver $45 for taking me to 2 rental car places and dropping us off at the Embassy suites. I called my cousin and I paid her$250 to pick us up on Sunday. So she came from KC to Tulsa. The bus ride was so horrific we just needed a break from it all. I consistently tried to contact Greyhound and they finally responded saying they would not give me a refund. Then I canceled my prepaid ticket for Atlanta Georgia on April 22nd due to the horrible experience we had coming from Los Angeles. I used to ride Greyhound from Flagstaff to Phoenix and back to take Amtrax to KC or LA. Never do I remember such horrible customer service and horrible busses. Never ever will I nor any of my children or family members ride Greyhound again. Hopefully I can get a refund for the ticket I paid for the trip I did not complete and the up coming trip I dare not take. I will be writing to The CEO CFO and the BBB. I think they need to make changes. I’ve done Customer Sevice for 35 years and Greyhound has the worst employees I’ve ever encountered and the reps on the phone are only a tad bit better. The tickets are not that cheap. Just quicker to get. We flew to Los Angeles and I don’t like flying but if I would have just waited a little longer we could have taken the train or flown. I still had to pay for 2 of my luggages. I really would like a phone call not an email. Somebody needs to open a new bus company because Greyhound knows they are in demand and can treat people any kind of way. The fact that they don’t think they should refund you if you have to ride for hours in on a cold bus in a storm or a hot bus in the summer is not righ. I understand delays. Hey that’s acceptable but to be freezing and disrespected. Is unacceptable. I have rights as a consumer. If I was on Amtrak I would be refunded. I was refunded on Amtrax because the train stopped for a long time and we had no air but they got it up and running again. It was only 3 hours. While on the train we got complimentary drinks. Greyhound needs competition. Somebody else bought my daughter s ticket or I would be trying to get a refund for it as well,

Desired outcome: I want a full refund of $209.99 I’m not even asking for my baggag. I also want a full refund for my trip to Atlanta $166.00 Here are the confirmation numbers [protected] [protected] back on the card ending in 3940
