Horrible company! Beware they will take your down payment and won’t refund. Impossible to get ahold of, and when you finally do get a response and think your finally getting somewhere they ghost you again, let the prices of materials raise even higher and so on. This outfit is a joke! It should be against the law to do what they do to customers! They stole my $13,000 down payment and from the looks of the other reviews, I’m one of many! This guys getting rich stealing from folks. That’s something to be proud of!
Karma is gonna bite you in the $$$ one of these days!
I will happily pay my attorney an additional $13,000 just to make your life miserable, like you have mine and many others.

We have also had issues with them. January of 2022 they got $18k for a deposit with an expected completion date of Octob 2022. In late September, our contractor got an email that GWB was taking a government job and couldn’t get to us til Spring of 2023. February 2023, we were given a June-July start date. Our contractor spoke with corporate and they claim our contract has been cancelled by our contractor. They said they would investigate and call us back..NOTHING! Hired an attorney to send a letter asking for our money or a completion date & they did not respond. We are going forward with our attorney to sue. Apparently a couple in Northern CO is in litigation with them as well. Hate that this has happened but if you go to BBB and research their company, they’ve been doing this to a lot of people. A class action lawsuit by several of us should be explored.
