GR8 Solutions review: Invoicing/payment

This company has been sending invoices demanding payment for their Enhanced Microsite Profile that apparently was set up for our business. Being that we do not recall this being set up we complied as they were linked to BBB in Canada on their invoices.
I researched the BBB website and their is no company listed. This company is in the US and Canada.
We have paid the invoices stating that its for 6 months. I paid and requested that this account be cancelled. They responded that its the last portion and it would be cancelled. In April 2025 I demanded that it needs to be cancelled and still they state its that last portion. June 2025 they took a payment off our cc without authorization, now we received another invoice to be paid. I have been trying to resolve this stating that we cancelled and April should of been last payment. He will not acknowledge the payment taken in June 2025 and will not sent me a receipt or copy of invoice.
