I spent $68 to have six (6) dark chocolate-covered strawberries delivered for my friend who just lost her mother, as a way to cheer her up as a condolence. They arrived a melted mess. She was traumatized by these death-looking strawberries.
I contacted Gourmet Gift Baskets and they never responded.
I will never again shop with such a callous uncaring company.
Desired outcome: They don't do this again to others and that I get a refund and compensation for the extra effort.
