We have been living here since March 2018 so 53 months. Paid 9,000 dollars over that time We have contacted them numerous times through calls, email, contact forms, etc. We have been ignored repeatedly and all we ask is that they fix and repair the buildings and maintenance that we have been paying for and, they just give us the run around and do not do anything, just say to be patient. We have been very patient and still nothing is being done to resolve it. The building is in total disrepair and needs to be addressed, this has the potential of being catastrophic and someone could be injured. Real Estate agents receiving preferential treatment over others.
Desired outcome: I would like my building and maintenance to be fixed as promised spent a lot of money for this to be fixed.
