Ashford at Druid Hills was an old and beautiful community established since 1940s. Managements have been changing over time, yet neither of them has been abusive or criminal enterprise.
Arriving just recently, in August 2019, this TheLegacyatDruidHills started its illicit and violent acts against many residents who have now gathered to file a class-action suit against GoldOller. The Legacy at Druid Hills imposes unsolicited fees and fines against residents, each and every months, without even explaining why and how those fines and fees occurred, fines and fees that are not even in the leasing contracts.
The management team is comprised of hooligans, bold criminals, who do everything except of obeying the tenancy laws of Georgia. Among them is Jeff Martin, a classic psychopath, nefarious evil, sneaky maniac, who has just a college education (one bachelors degree in communication) and Jane Finch (an established and renown schizophrenic) who yells on the residents (i.e. persons who are paying them), insults, humiliates, denigrates them - if one dares to condemn her violent methods.

I totally agree with the above review. Jane Finch, the so-called "community coordinator", is a vulgar and crazy woman, a divorced post-traumatic-stress-disorder and schizophrenia coated nightmare without any single moral or humane trait. She claims she has "lost her father to death" in her young years, and since then she blames her loss on everybody, like a weak, wining psychopath.
Jane Finch (see the [censored]'s picture attached) is having sexual affairs at her job hours, in the job premises, with Legacy at Druid Hills office members (Matt and Jeff Martin), as well as the male tenants, imagine? Once we caught her spending the entire night with a single male tenant, in the unit 2483 B (first floor, basement), an African American male.
This amoral team needs to be trashed to prison. They are fining residents with no reason, never even discussing the fines, just posting in the profile and if not addressed, they send those fake fines to collection agencies and ruin your future.
This is an evil group, and I am calling for a class action lawsuit against GoldOller's Legacy at Druid Hills. Everybody, mock Jane Finch as much as you can, as she deserves it. She is a Mongolian clown.
