I’m a sorrowful grandmother of a little almost 3 years old, he was enrolled in Goddard School in Burlington Twp. Since March 2023. The Owner is Mrs Pallavi. Unfortunately they hired people that don’t want the experience to take care of our little ones and my grandson was one of them. After many attempts to blame on my little grandson and try to label him as a special education child finally his mother decided him not to go there anymore because they stated they can’t handle him anymore! My daughter is a single mother and she really needs the daycare to keep working to raise her little child. They have been doing several attempts to kick him out of the school until finally they got it. They have a lack of professionalism and because of our sad and horrible experience we advise other parents not to consider this unprofessional place to take care of your children. It’s a big mistake in our part to think that it was a good place for my little grandson

We signed our child up for waitlist to join the Goodard School in Parkland Fl on October 2021. When we joined they informed us you are 7th on the wait list. I called back almost every month to confirm where we were if there had been any movement. By February 2022 we were 4th on the list. I was told call back in April that's when we transition children. When we called on April 4th they told us you are 8th on the list. I believe there is favoritism and discrimination going on at this school. Very unhappy.

On Thursday September 27, 2018 a preschool teacher, Ms Coleen struck my three year old grandson.
He was also told not to say anything.

His parents informed Mr. Eric the owner of the Goddard School located on Avon Belden Road in Ohio, we understand he plans to investigate this incident/assault!

It has been reported to the Ohio Child Care Help line. By the family. Protect your child, check your child.

I recently applied for a position at Ur Cordoba center the first time I applied they chose someone else. I recently applied again on 4-23-18 and was emailed by laShundrea partee saying that she appreciated me taking the time and effort to apply online for the open position then she stated that she could not interview me because i have applied before an not responded to her request for a interview i have never gotten and email or a phone call back for an interview with her i don't appreciate being lie to especially since i have never been called back or emailed i will not apply with this school again

Advise against this location! I am really disappointed in this school from the start! I set up an appointment to talk about enrolling my daughter in a summer math program. First off I sat in the doorway for 7 minutes before someone came to the front desk to even acknowledge me. Then I sat another 7 waiting for the lady that I was supposed to meet with. 3 minutes into our conversation she answered the phone and I sat another 15 while she chatted and which seemed to be of a non-urgent matter.  while I sat in the lobby I listened to what sounded like infants crying until they were hoarse! I go up went over to the window and the two woman in there were standing behind a counter talking while.. 1 baby lay on his back crying another in a bed and another in a chair! They saw me and then scurried to pick the baby up and after 5-6b minutes the children were starting to stop crying. As I walked out on her she was mouthing I am sorry. I told her that it appears you are understaffed and that my time is precious as well and this was 40 minutes later! There is no way I would keep my child and especially not an infant in that location! I am utterly disgraced at the way this place was running! Here I was hopeful that I would find a place to help my child and support her learning. This place is understaffed and it is not a place to send a child or anyone who needs help.

I took my son to Goddard and he was constantly sick. I'm pretty sure they don't clean very well and make sure the toys are cleaned after being put in the mouth. There was never notices on the rooms about what sickness was going around and the old director always made sure there was a note to the parents to notify them of what was in that room. I watched other kids mouth toys in the infant room and then never get sanitized which is disgusting! The director doesn't seem worried by it or the owners

The high school students hired for after care do not watch the students only their cell phones. Often parents have come to complain about this. It has become a negative effect. Also while some complaints of raw cheeks when changing diapers when children get home. Often times the younger students run out of classrooms unattended. It is getting highly tedious.

The school is a the McDonald's of daycare.God only knows how many children left this environment with learning probems.The cost and what they offer does not match at all.I want to suggest to any parents reading this, surprise the school with a visit, if your child is in attendance and analyze the environment !And make sure you surprise them because the environment is very well versed in putting on a show.Surprise the school during lunch and analyze that whole process kitchen, prep, etc.Make sure you periodically check your child for any signs of abuse.And confront them with any concerns and bring a lawyer so nothing gets missed.The school is comprised of college students looking to make some extra money .Which is a good thing if they are studying in the related field.In most cases they are not.A good handful of the employee's don't have the basic requirements degree's etc.. To hold the position and or title given. Its also has a high school click mentality.A person will get fired from the school because they are threat to the environment :beauty, intelligence, morals, child loving and outspoken rather than the company guildlines.The environment is a very unclean one.From lice outbreaks, colds, flu etc..It's sad to say but its all about having you sign that contract.When you are looking into this school I want to advise parents to research who owns the school and how many employees they fired or quit!Oh yeah! They do quit!A person who quits this type of setting loves children and knows that the environment is not right for children.Bottomline this school is for the well to do parents, who are looking for a spot to dump there offspring, so they can hurry up and chase that buck that is tied to a string pulled by society.Now to all you parents dumping your kids in this enviroment, get creative and dumped them with a camera and mic inside something unsuspecting and remember your child is an investment!

I just have to say the directors of the Goddard School located in bear Delaware are rude and not professional Nita Patel I don't have a problem with... But her husband Dhiren Patel thanks he has a right to talk to a parent anyway he feels and wonder why the Parent has a attitude.. I don't deal with him I deal with his wife so he shouldn't say nothing to me about anything

I had a really awful experience being employed here. I was constantly discriminated and treated rudely by the Assistant Director and nothing was done about it. The program should really help train the management on how to treat staff members in a professional manner and with respect.

Treated very unfairly and unprofessionally to the point that I quit my job because I could not stand it anymore. Does not follow their own procedures they put in place and shows favoritism to staff while degrading other staff members. When I went to a hire up person i was told to just deal with it or talk to the person harassing me in person. When I tried to I ofcourse was just shot down and the harassment and unprofessional treatment continued but got worse even in the classroom setting around children. After I quit I found out the Assistant Director also treated other staff members unprofessionally and rudely and she was also the reason why others quit their jobs. Would call staff rude names, roll eyes at them, and even make rude remarks under her breath. Uses unprofessional language and mannerisms in the work place.

I was recently unfairly fired from this school. I was harassed for 3 weeks by the owner, who was clearly looking for a way to fire me. When I emailed her asking her about why I was fired, since she never told me anything, provided me with no warnings, gave me no chance to correct any mistakes I made, she (a week later) responded with an email full of lies. She essentially fired me for absolutely no reason. I am currently in the process of contacting the corporate headquarters (which is harder than you might think, as they don't have any email or mailing address listed on their website, but my letter is 3+ pages long, I'm not reading it over the phone), and then I'll see if there's anything else I can do. I was treated so poorly at this facility that I don't even want to work in early childhood education anymore. Not to mention, when I was hired (I should've seen this as a sign), they changed where they wanted me to work 3-4 times. First it was a preschool assistant, then it was toddlers, then back to preschool, then they decided to hire me as a floater, which was miserable. I was looking for new jobs weeks after working as a floater. When they fired a toddler teacher, they moved me to the toddler room, and almost immediately started trying to fire me. I was paid a very meager salary, my student loans are all in default because I can't afford to pay them. When I was first hired by this center, I was very excited and thought it would be a great experience. Too bad it was completely ruined.

The Assistant Director screams at the children like if she were at her own home. This behavior is copied by the children and doesn't set a positive example for developing proper manners. She also has a negative attitude and her own children attend the school (for free). She screams at her own children in front of the parents and other kids and teachers in the school. This is not professional and should be addressed immediately. I hope someone at Corporate sees this.

Goodard school is expensive. They build these big expensive schools and then charge the paretns an arm and a leg. I can't beleive that someone would say that they are cheaper. Either they are getting a cut or subsidized rate or this was written by the owner. I think they are way too expensive for what you get. It is just an expensive building and nothing more.
