I registered a complaint with your office last year regarding my Go Bank account that was never resolved. It STILL hasn't been. Here is the case number filed with you : 931492 so you can read first to understand the initial issue.
I got so frustrated from trying to get my money back for so long a time, I gave up. Now I see that my account was closed by them but they didn't send my money to me or if they did, I have never received it. This may be because I moved and it didn't get forwarded, or maybe they never sent it at all.
In any case, I need to have this investigated and my money sent to me at my current address. I have tried to call GoBank several times and as usual, as soon as you get a supervisor on the line the call is dropped... Every single time.
The call dropping must be a purposeful means of not handling the issue as it happens over and over. I've also emailed many, many, times also. No response.
