Go To Publish, Atlanta GA review: Requesting a refund for unfulfilled service of $899.00

I had a contract with Go To Publish to publish my book "Revelation, The Time Is Near.' I paid $899.00 on November 1, 2021. I was told the project would be complete by Christmas, December 25, 2021. The project was not complete and I was told by the representative that I had not received adequate service regarding my book. I was passed off to about four different representatives over the course of this project. I asked for a refund since they did not fulfill their duties in completing the project in the time I was given. When I asked for a refund I am continually getting put off and told I will get a call when the person in charge of billing and refunds comes into the office. I have been calling for over a month and still have not received a phone call.
