Global Shipping Express review: Holding my package until I pay $600 "insurance fee" yet have no phone to call

Using the tracking number I was given by a friend, I expected deliver of a package from this company on the 6th October, the package contains a book sent from U.S.A.

Aftrr the 6th came and went I attempted to contact the company, but they only have an email or chat option. They replied that my packet was on hold until I pay $600 insurance fee that they claim will be refunded once I recieve my package, and that they had notified me of thia already. I had recieved no communication from them whatsoever until they replied to my inquiry.
