Global Payments Integrated review: Credit card processing adding additional deductions for "non qualified" transactions

Each month we receive a report from global payments integrated summarizing our business credit card transactions. Several months ago they began adding a deduction for "non qualified" transactions. This deduction currently ranges from $1000 to $2100 per month. When questioned Global Payments Integrated stated that we were not processing our credit card transactions properly even though all transactions were accepted by them and our company was being paid for those transactions after their deductions. We process credit cards through three different credit card processing companies and Global Payments Integrated is the only one that makes this deduction. We have complained numerous times and have been told they were going to stop deducting for "non qualified" transactions. We also requested that we be reimbursed for all of these deductions which total over $20,000. Global Payments Integrated has not stopped the deduction and has not reimbursed our company. We are forced to switch to a different CC processor.

Claimed loss: In excess of $20,000.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement for all "non qualified" deductions
