Giordano Product polo tshirt

Hi .. i bought giordano polo tshirt from bangalore india for my husband.. the first day he wore it ... the fit was amazing... but then i washed it with tide in washing machine... it shrank to one or two size smaller... i really fail to understand how can clothing from such good brand shrink... this is not done... i will never buy clothes from giordano anymore

Giordano Untrustworthy staff

I visited to the Giordano store at the Discovery mall(Kuta, Bali) on 25/7/2016 @ [protected] pm) with my wife. We had our Canon 6D camera with us while shopping in the store. I bought 2 shorts from the store and my wife left camera on the counter while paying for the stores, and we left the store and forgot our camera in the store on the payment counter. Next morning (26/7/2016) me and my wife went back to the Discovery mall and discussed the matter with the security. CCTV clearly shown that our camera was left in the store no other customer has taken our camera from.the store, as the store was closed after well left.
Matter was bought to the attention of staff members with no response. I had to also report to local police.
If CCTV clearly shows that no customer has taken the camera, it is the responsibility of the staff member to put aside the lost items for the customers to come back and collect, not to steal.

Giordano Service Attitude

The staff here have a problem with keeping up with their promises. They told me that the plastic bag charges will be waved since I'm a valued member when I purchased their pants on Saturday. When I picked up the pants today on Monday, the staff told me they still have to charge me. The main concern is that, since it was their mistake on what was said to me, they could have paid that plastic bag charge for me, and told me that next time I will have to pay for it myself. I understand that the charge has to be submitted, but since I was misinformed, they really should have paid for me this one time. unbelievable.

Giordano T Shirt

I hv drop by to tis outlet on sunday (13/3/16) and was attended by En.Shasmil and wen i enquire about a tshirt tat i wish to buy but unfortunately thy dont have size s and he told me tat he got to reserve it n got my name n contact number penned down saying tat he will cal me once it arrives. N wen i ask him hw long roughly it wil take he said by tuesday ie by 15/3/16. But there was no cal frm anyone til Wednesday so i decided to drop by agin n this time was attended by one Cik Shera n Mr.Black and was told tat the tshirt stil haven arrive and wen i ask Cik shera she told me by tomorow should arive ie by 17/3/16. Agin i drop by on 17/3/16 and wen Cik Shera saw me she was whispering to Mr.Black "alamak baju tu la". N wen i enquire thy told me haven arive and i ask "then y u ask me to come today". N she says "huh v hv not cal u rite so u hv to wait for us to cal". N i told her "but yestday u did not say tis..u say cum tmrow sure ada". N thr is no single apology frm any of them wen i express my disatisfaction..the staffs are not rude but it realy sucks wen u hv to keep go few times n come back wit disappointment.

Anyone in giordano company, perhaps management officer can care about their customer who does not get a good customer service experience from queensbay branch?I have bought a collar shirt from this branch on 9sept, without checking the bottom part which I agree is my careless n trust them wrongly, I brought back the shirt.at the same night I plan to wash these 4 shirts hence i removed all the tags. That moment I saw one of the shirt has a dirty mark at the bottom area. I can't went back that night until I manage to go back today 13sept, they told me: "sorry we can't replace it now due to u have removed the tag (which I still have it on hand with receipt), we have to get KL office to investigate n revert to u, takes estimate 1week time to know answer."what a customer service is this, I have receipt n tag, still nogo, n how I know tag can't be removed if wanna claim, unless I purposely go be promoter in ur company. Anyone can help here?

Giordano staff

Last November 6, 2008, i bought a pants to Giordano located in one mall in Dubai and then the pants is too long so i ask them to cut and it is a great compliment that the cutting is free, and the staff said that i will get the pants on the other day, Then November 7, 2008, i go to in the outlet of Giordano to get the pants and i ask the staff name SAMUEL that can he please put the 3 pants in each small paper bag then the man put the paper in the table and ask me put the pants in the paper, i wondered why he acted like that, if it is not ok for my request then it is ok but don't acted that way. I'm saying this because i don't want this incident happen to the other customer because i know that Giordano is a branded name and it is a big company, they didn't deserve to gone down for some attitude of the staff.

I have a digital watch and it is damaged . It has been only 10 days of purchase. Kindly help with the replacement process

the gaurantee card that is provided has non existing Phone Numbers I wanted to get my watch repaired I tried calling the service numbers but they do not exist ..

Giordano Terrible staff attitude

I'll like to complaint about your giordano's staff in Giordano Batu Pahat Mall branch. [protected], Tuesday, 5.30pm, i went to giordano. I ask about latest promotion where I got some incomplete information from my aunty. So i ask about it. He told me tat I have to sms to the number myself. Then i ask him where can i get the information about the promotion. Then he answer tat he can't tell me. I have to find out myself. I was wondering how am i going to get the information if the staff inside also don't wish to tell me?

Giordano Giordano watch is not working

I purchased Giordano watch few days ago from deals4all, indiatimes shopping. The watch still in warranty period and does not work. When talked to deals4all, i got number for service center but those guys say they do not know anything about such watches. Deals4all has inferior products and they are not ready to take any responsibility after sales. Beware in future!

Even i agree that giordanos service is worst. I bought my watch in lifestyle, bangalore at that time i enquired about the service they said they have dealer in safina plaza, after six months there was small problem i went to safina plaza to that dealer, he said they are not dealing with giordano watches. After that i said there is small problem whether you can correct it, he said they will try and luckily they corrected it. now agin there is complaint i dont know what to do.

I agree with what Sally's complaint! and yet Giordano didn't take any action about it too! This kind of staff will only suffer the company! Better fired HIM! He has runied Giordano's REPUTATION!

Giordano Poor service / harrasment

I purchased a giordano watch last year from bangalore from a just in vogue store and after moving to . Mumbai about six months back realised that the strap had worn out. I tried getting it changed at point of sale but everyone has refused and am supposed to check with some mother store in Juhu..whose address no one has given. For a strap if i have to travel 15 KM then it is ridiculous. The company should have some provisions for giving accessories.
