I am so dissapointed at this site. My delivery wasnt done that the given date. it was a birthday N somehow they didnt confirm the payment and it was not delievered. later when i talked to the live person of this site then they told me they tried to call me etc or emailed me which i have no idea...why would i think that my delievery wouldnt happen until i get a phonecall etc while the payment was approved on the spot. also i live in different times zones for you guys to contact me. thanks for ruining someone specials birthday for me and having a reason of confirmation etc while i was waiting eagerly that that person would receive the gift and would be so happy and surprised. thanks you this site for making my daY! Awful experience never coming back here again and if only i could write a negative blog about it it would make my day!

I am so disappointing at this site. My delivery wasn't done that the given date. it was valentine day. i did the payment on 2017/01/29 .until i checked from the online chat they didn't tell me about anything. on the delivery date it was very difficulty to log to online chat.i was try more the 10 hours to get the feed back . at the end of the date i got a chance to get the online feedback. at that time they told me the gift was out of stock..i asked them to cancel
the order and return the money. on the next day they send me a cancellation letter and the promised me to return the full amount within 7-9 day. today is 2017/3/4 they didn't send any mail and return the money. I do online shopping more than 6 years now i never every met site like this. this is my costumer ID GiftsnIdeas.com {[protected]}
