GiftCardMall review: Unauthorized charge

Purchased two prepaid gift cards from a local Meijer store and when I got home to make sure they were activated correctly using the provided website on the back of the cards, one card was drained immediately and the second card the next day after making a small transaction to check the balance. website is either a scam or has been hacked. The phone number provided takes forever to respond and i was inundated with forms to file, mail or provide. even after all that, they request even more. It is an almost impossible situation as most of the representatives speak very little English. I see little hope of a refund.
