I received a gift card valued at $150. The magnetic card did not work when activated. So, I went to upload it on Amazon and the balance was at $2. Someone had used it at a Walmart over 8 hours away in another state No one had access to this card but me. I filed a police report with the other state where the crime was committed. They tried to say it was not valid and it had to be a physical copy when that isn't even of the required documents. In addition to that I uploaded all required documents in response to the original email they claimed they can't receive them and it's a glitch and their email system I was on the phone with support for over an hour to ensure they received all documents. Now I'm getting another email a week later asking for a document I've uploaded to them at least three times now and was verified as uploaded on the phone. The customer service representative also had the audacity to act like he was doing a favor by not requiring me to notarize my claim when the process never mentions getting it notarized nor does it make sense to have to pay money to notarize something claiming that someone stole money from you. The customer support is set up to ensure stolen funds rarely get returned to the consumer. This gift card company is a scam with the most horrific customer support you could ever imagine to experience.
Recommendation: DO NOT USE
