I purchased lunch 3 types of lunch meat on May 10, 2023. I made sandwiches for my husband and daughters lunch on Thursday and Friday. Thursday both started saying their stomachs were hurting. Friday both had diarrhea and vomiting. Both had food poisoning. I took Turkey Ham back to market, it was visibly molded. The manager gave me a $25 gift card and refunded what I paid for it. I thought that was a disgrace. Monday May 15, I started making lunches for my family both the smoked off the bone ham and the Everest boars head chicken was slimy and spoiled. I went back to the store again the customer service desk was closed. This is the reason why I decided to file this complaint. I believe this issue needs to handled better than it was and I should be compensated far greater than what I was compensated. This is a very serious situation. Also on this same receipt I purchased 2lbs of fresh shrimp. The shrimp also was spoiled and slimy! I would really like to speak with the owner of this store. The quality of the products being sold is deplorable! The owner need to address the staff immediately before someone dies of food poisoning! I used to love this Giant market. They used to have the best quality but not now
