Ghost Carts review: Cartridges

On or about July 25, 2023 I purchased what I thought was a legitimate product from a legitimate company. I have purchased them for years in my home state, but the distributor went out of business. I signed up for a commercial account at Ghost Carts, I ordered the products, received an invoice, and paid the invoice.

Two days later I received an email from a Pacific Marine Logistics LLC. They needed "shipment insurance" to deliver the product. I sent a copy of the email to [protected]@ghostcarts.com and was advised to pay the insurance That a portion of the insurance would be refunded. I followed their advice and paid the PML.

About a week later PML tried to shake me down for a "City tax permit and stamp". Since I recently retired from the City, I knew this was not a truth. There was no such thing. I explained this to PML and have received no response. I then asked Ghost Carts for a refund, since the products would not be delivered. I have yet to receive a response to my request. The phone number for both companies goes to a machine with no message.
