We made a reservation at the Mt. Juliet location for Stay Bridge Suites for July 17th through the 25th 2021. Our reservation was mistakenly made, by Getaroom.com or CCI Hotels, at the Murfreesboro's location. When we arrived at the Mt. Juliet location the reservation was corrected and we stayed in Mt. Juliet. We have since been charged for both locations even though the hotel admits their mistake.
We have spent countless hours on the phone being given the run around. They stated numerous times the refund would be applied yet, it has not been issued, we get the same excuses about the "charge back department" that doesn't actually seem to exist. We have provided our credit card communications and bank statements.
