On Jan. 9, 2023, I ordered a product being advertised on Facebook. I received an acknowledgement of the order via email, which stated the product was being shipped. They also supplied a tracking number for USPS. I also noted that my credit card had been debited for $199, the price of the product. After a week I called to inquire about the delay. I was told it would be 3 to 5 days. After contacting "Get Pure Fast" 6 times, I requested a refund. I told the customer service supervisor they should not debit accounts if they did not have enough product to satisfy demand. She offered $100 back. This is 1/2 what they debited my account. I feel I have obviously been scammed.
