Georgia Labor Department review: Unemployment benefit

I filed an unemployment benefit after I had been laid off from work. GDOL denied my application because I did not apply for another job in the same company where I was being laid off from, which was not true. I proved that I had applied. I filed an appeal, also denied. I send an email to the commissioner Mr. Thompson. His assistant replied and said "You can appeal to the supreme court if you want"

This kind of attitude makes the Georgia Labor Department a useless department. This group should be totally dismissed and start a totally new group that can serve the people of Georgia.
