We purchased Sierra Hardwood Flooring from Georgia Flooring Outlet. After cleaning the floor, the finish clouded. This is substandard flooring; the finish is failing - scratching, denting, marring, etc... The company refuses to stand behind the product, after we have invested $10, 000.

Same here. Sierra claims to manufacture the flooring...when actually it is imported with no regulation of manufacturing or finishing. They will not stand behind their warranty!
