I'm from the Philippines and some Richard David sent me a message in IG and talking each other for a week. He gave me his WhatsApp and things go on he said that he's going offshore for work and sent me a parcel as a token for his love and use God for this. He is so good at acting that it seems everything was true +[protected] that is his WhatsApp number. He sent me a box from Romania to ph. And he told me when it will arrive I have to pay 2000 for the clearance fee. And when I comply that I don't have money, he got mad and sent me the picture of me with a blackmail message that he's going to send it into a prostitute site. Scammer now days are so scary.

Desired outcome: 2000 to 5000 pesos

I hve this case, he want me to pay 6000 for clearance fee for local etc. this is true or scam?
