We've lost $50, 000 to an investment in Gencom, Inc. by learning that the Share Certificate issued to us has a forged signature and the company is non-existent. The founder of Gencom, Inc. - Michael J. Colonna is not who he professes to be and doesn't have the credentials he purports to have. The company is bogus even though there are recent scientific journal publications about Gencom. So if you are asked to invest in Gencom, Inc. or want to hire Michael Colonna for consulting work under his consulting firm called Advanced Computer Sciences, (www.WorldClassIT.net ) or on www.wikidot.com beware! A report has been filed with the Santa Ana FBI, Orange COunty DA, Dept. of Corporations, and the IRS - so contact them to file any reports about this person so that together we can prosecute him.
Has anyone else been subjected to this scam by Michael J. Colonna? His computer facility was supposedly located in the Irvine Spectrum Business Park - but we now know that it never really existed; however, this was a scam that Michael ran for well over three years - so we expect that he's still trying to solicit funds from unsuspecting individuals. Beware of this person - as he'll play on your sympathy to get money from you any way he can. Attached is a photo of Michael J. Colonna - AKA Michael J. Torino
