Geckocustoms review: Placed order for custom made garment, paid for item, never received item.

Placed an order with company Geckocustoms on November 21,2022 paid for order, ordered was confirmed and money was taken. Received email my order was fulfilled, and it was on its way. Tried to track order several times but continually states order not found. Contacted company via email several times but no response. It has been a month now and have never heard from anyone. Sent an email to company for refund, but again no response. At this point, I believe the company is a scam and after reviewing many posts similar to mine, I believe that this is a fraudulent company. I have contacted my credit card company, but I do not believe I will ever receive a refund.
