GeckoCustom.com review: Personalized clothing

Good day The website geckocustom.com provided a false or faulty USPS tracking number on my purchase. The tracking number sent to. me stated my package is in Las Vegas. See screenshot below. The message remains the same after 5 days. I then contacted the Post Office who have no record of it. This website has multiple postings of complaints from people not recieving their purchases. I am also aware that during the holiday season there may be a backlog and some delay services from the vendor. Thank you.
