CeX / WeBuy.com - Sale of Ipad

I have been into Bletchley branch this afternoon with my iPad. They said it failed on visual check SIM card tray. Came back to store and changed tray over from another ipad that has never had sim tray opened. Retest and again said it was bent. It looks perfectly fine to me. Discussion with the guy who does testing. His attitude was very much the big I am. Explained second iPad never used or sim put in. His reply Your IPad is not new. Again said there was nothing wrong with it. His customer service approach is diabolical and rude. I suggested maybe he should be a bit more gentle when removing it. Which obviously he denied. Asked for the managers name, he replied he was the supervisor so again I asked for the managers name again he advised I couldn't contact them so again I asked for the managers name to which he gave me the name Alex along with the comment you can't get hold of him and I am duty manager today. Frankly this gentleman is very judgemental rude obnoxious, and myself an very annoyed that someone believes he has the right to treat me or anyone else with disrespect. Again the first tray was very slightly bent. The second had nothing wrong with it as three of us double checked prior to handing it over. I suggest urgent training is required and also advised if someone requests the manager it's the manager they want.

I am going to take it to Apple and get them to check, and get a written report. I won't get anymore technical intelligence better than them. Once I have the all clear there is nothing wrong which I have no doubt on that at all I WILL report to ombismun.
