I had a Hostway acct ever since Aug 2009, no problems till I closed my server there Nov 2021. Hostway promotes Gate.com on their website so I trusted them and moved to Gate.com to create a Wordpress site. Then Gate.com techs were unable to get the correct domain name from Hostway and I wasn't able to turn on the free SSL cert due to DNS error, this was on hold from Dec 2 till I finally heard from Gate techs Feb 8th 2022, apologizing for the delay in their response, asking me to create a password protected document with my username and password so they could resolve the problem. I couldn't figure out how to make the document. By this time another problem came up with their Plesk platform system updates tool no longer has a Release file, resolve them manually. I received a response link to Plesk site with instructions, went back to Gate and there is no Upgrade button under Plesk in Tools and Settings to do this, also system says I am forbidden access, contact your hosting provider! Feb 11th I received response: We have escalated the matter with the Plesk upgrade to our system administrators for consultation on the matter. After this I waited a couple days, nothing. So I tried to log into my Wordpress and even that didn't work. That was the final straw! I found a CANCEL button and that worked. Tech support cancelled my service. Then I asked for a prorated refund, no response. I sent a second request and the response was: Please be advised that we can only issue refunds if the request comes up to 90 days after the charge date. Your most recent charge was on 11/04/2021 and, unfortunately, you have missed the 90 days window, therefore we are unable to issue a refund. I paid for one year in advance $414. Gate.com isn't able to supply a working product so this is fraud for them to keep all my money for zero service now. And I am worried they will charge in Nov 2022 too, I can't delete my card info on the acct, so will make sure to block them at my bank. And reporting to BBB and FTC and telling all Product Launch Formula students not to use GATE.com. This price is supposed to include much better service then telling me to do everything manually that is supposed to be system support!

Desired outcome: Refund my unused portion of $414 ($36.75 x March - Nov 2022 = $294) that I paid in advance in good faith. I trusted Hostway for recommending GATE but Gate.com not honest company.
