Garcia Contractor Inc review: I want some type of compensation/reimbursement for stolen tools

I contracted Garcia Contractor Inc. to provide Tuckpoint Services/ Tile basement and install kitchen sink. Antonio is the owner's name. He completed the tuckpointing but there were some small items to complete I paid him in full and he assured me that he would fix the problems. I also hired him to install tile/install kitchen sink in my basement for my tenant.

His employee completed most of the tile however he stole $600.00 worth of tools. Antonio of Garcia Contactor agreed to reimbursement for the missing tools and complete the work we discuss. I gave him $100 deposit to purchase the cabinets. All of this occurred on or around the October 15th. I have called several times and text him regarding the issue and he always promises to address the issues. on 10.31.22 he told me he refuses to reimbursement for my tools his employee stole, and he no longer want to complete the work I have paid him for.
