I bough a fridge on 24 August 2022 and in February the freezer started to malfunction. I used the manual to resolve the issue accordingly but always after a few hours it would stop working and the food was spoiled as a result. On 24 March I went to game foe assistance and Mr. Shalendra Rajpaul assisted by contacting Hisense to send an agent to assist but to date nothing has happened On 29 marrch I sent him a whatsapp message to follow up as nobody had contacted me he said the call was bboked and the technician was going to contact me. On 12 April I sent him a whatsapp message and he refered meto Bivesh Maharaj as he was on leave. I spoke with Bivesh on the telephone and and he gave me the Job number [protected] and an 0860 number which I called and they daid the number does not exist. I sent him a whatsapp message to further assist or give me an email address I could use to contact Hisense he promised to call shortly and he never did. I called game and was transfereed onthe department on the 12th and the phone kept ringing for more than 2minutes. I called again on the 17/04/23 and was transfered again nthe phone was not answed so I ended up sending him a whatsapp message for a follow up and he ead the message but did not respond. I am upset by this because I cannot but a R10 000.00 product and not use it. We are unable to use the fridge as the freezer is not working and it is very hot on the sides. Please assist

Desired outcome: I no longer want the fridge and I need a refund to buy another brand or a replacement.
