I purchased whirlpool oven, MOD: AKP 742 IX and the salesman reported that they don't have it on stock however they will request stock from Polokwane warehouse. Two weeks later I phoned the store to check if they have received the stock and the very same salesman who assisted with the purchase said they have received it I can come to collect. I went there only to find that It was a wrong item. They said they will reorder another one and they will call me once they receive it. Until today the 13th of January I have not received any update.
Desired outcome: Refund or they deliver the item to my address because i wasted my time and petrol to go to their store to collect the item only to be told it was not the correct one.
