They say they'll give you a full refund or a discount if you keep the item, but they don't take into account all the extra costs that come with that. Additionally, I noticed that the chandelier had too many empty hooks for crystals to be placed. I requested that more be shipped to me so that I could fill them out.

When I brought this issue to the attention of the company, their response was less than satisfactory. They simply stated that not every hole gets a crystal and provided a diagram for reference. However, the diagram they provided was not even close to the item I received.
