Hi Gaincity,

Bad and sad experience aircon purchased from Gaincity on 2021

I am extremely sad and disappointed by your maintenance and customer care service. I purchased a MITSUBISHI 4 system air con unit from GainCity and installed on Jan 2021.

Few days later, notice that, the compressor was noisy and affected my resting and call to customer care service for rectification.

Till now, Same technician came 3 time and investigate and noisy problem was not rectify and stop following up since 31 March 2021.

I have been making numerous feedback to the customer care service not to ask contractor to call me as they are unreliable also give bad advise and is wasting time and problem not been solved and I had spend money for my bad resting with the noisy aircon system... very sad

A good company should serve their customer with integrity, customer's best interest and not just simply attend the compliant and give all kind of reason and the problem not solved.

It's really unacceptable and disappointed being one of a leading Electronic company in Singapore for the past decades...

Desired outcome: I would like gaincity to carry out the rectification work with immediate action
