The original complaint is 100% true. G-man supplements is a scam company and has sold many stroke-inducing "supplements" and "male enhancement" pills to poor, naive customers through their stupid telemarketing schemes and has taken consumers" credit card info to rip them off. The complaints are on MANY websites about them and NONE of the websites will remove the complaints, because the complaints have been investigated and found to be absolutely true. The owner, an old man by the name of George Grossmna is a convicted child-molester. His bimbo girlfriend is a cheap prostitute by the name of Michelle Shepard who poses as "Vice presiedent." This company is too tiny and failing to have a "vice president." Read the above "rebuttal." See that 818 area code phone number? That really is One Of The numbers they use to make outgoing telemarketing phone calls to rip off customers in Colorado and all over the U.S. If you get a call from this number, immeditaly file police report with the local police.

WE being the owners of G-Men Supplements—George Grossman, Gary Porpora, and Michelle Shepard—find this complaint to be a lie—and we can prove it.

First, our phone number is 818.786.8789.

G-Men Supplements, (GMS), challenges this customer to call us with this complaint; that we “made bogus calls claiming they sent me an order and that I had better pay up or else be sent to a collection co. that will do all the damage they can”. We will gladly apologize to her or anyone else who can prove we have treated them unfairly and gladly satisfy any legitimate complaint they may have.

However, in this customer's case, we have been more than fair, and her cpmplaint is not legitimate.

GMS is a professional business. It is not in our interests to make bogus calls to anyone - especially a valued customer. We called this customer and others trying to resolve a situation created by a former employee who kept “her customers” credit card number, and fraudulently used some of them for her own purposes.

That former employee is now in jail for credit card fraud. She convinced the customers whom she did not rip-off that GMS had done her, and them, wrong and that those customers should immediately reverse their charges.

This customer, along with several others reversed the credit card charges she authorized AND KEPT the product we sent her. We sent her a letter protecting our financial interests and we will pursue such cheaters until we are fairly compensated for products they keep without paying for.

We will fax the letter we sent to anyone requesting it.

Thousands of our customers will attest to our excellent customer service. Just like any reputable business or individual, G-Men Supplements cannot afford to be ripped off.

There is one other complaint on this site. We know who wrote it - the woman who committed credit card fraud on our customers; the same woman who is now in jail.

GMS will address this criminal when we respond to her post.

Finally, we will post a complaint against this website who lets any liar post a dishonest complaint.

Never once have we been contacted to give our side of the story; a story we can back up with police reports, sales records, and credit card documentation.

That in itself speaks volumes about the professionalism and integrity of complaintsboard.com.
