I recently copped some shoes from FWRD and let me tell ya, their team is on point! They were super fast with my order, like lightning speed. Gotta give props to their customer service, they really know how to keep their customers happy. Big shoutout to them for their great work!

So, I've been on the hunt for this particular perfume and handbag from this brand, and let me tell you, it was like searching for a needle in a haystack. I scoured high and low, even on their fancy official website, but no luck. I was starting to doubt if I'd ever get my hands on these goodies. But then, I stumbled upon FWRD, and although I had my doubts about its authenticity, I took a leap of faith and placed my order.

Now, let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised when my package arrived. The perfume and handbag were both top-notch quality, and I could tell they were the real deal. No knock-offs here, folks! The scent of the perfume was divine, and the handbag was beautifully crafted. It's safe to say that FWRD delivered on their promise of providing authentic products.

I must admit, I was a bit hesitant at first, not knowing if I could trust this online store. But boy, am I glad I took the risk! FWRD has won me over with their genuine products. So, if you're like me and have been struggling to find that elusive item, give FWRD a shot. You might just be pleasantly surprised, just like I was. I've bought stuff from a bunch of fancy designer brand websites, and let me tell you, none of them have ever asked me for pics of my ID and debit card. Like, seriously? I mean, there was no weird stuff going on with my account or anything, so why the heck do they need all that info? And they say it's for new buyers, but why didn't they mention it during the checkout process? I had to call them up just to find out about this whole verification thing, and they said they'd send me the details once their so-called "security management team" decided what they wanted. I waited for over two hours for a response, and I even paid extra for next day shipping. But guess what? That whole verification process messed everything up, so the next day shipping was pointless. They don't give a damn about their customers' time or service, I swear. This website is like a crappier version of Saks Off Fifth, and that's me being nice. Honestly, this is the worst website and customer service team I've ever had to deal with, no joke.

My experience with FWRD has been absolutely terrible. I've bought stuff from them a bunch of times before, like three ysl bags, a bottega bag, two pairs of converse sneakers, and a few other random things. The first ysl bag and the bottega bag (the second one I got) were fine, no issues there. But then the two ysl bags and the converse sneakers that came after were all messed up. They were either all deformed or looked like they had been worn a million times (one of the sneakers even had gum stuck on the sole, ew).

But that's not even the worst part. Recently, I decided to give them another chance and bought two ysl small puffers, one in black and one in dark honey. I kept going back to them because they still had discounts for fancy brands like ysl and bottega, but let me tell you, I'm never doing that again after this disaster. The first time they sent me the jackets, they sent me a MEDIUM dark honey puffer (I ordered a small) and a black puffer with handles that were peeling off. I was like, seriously? So I complained and they were like, "Oops, sorry about that, we'll send you new ones right away." I was relieved, thinking they were gonna fix their mistake. But guess what? When the new jackets arrived, they sent me ANOTHER MEDIUM dark honey puffer (I still ordered a small) and a black puffer that had SCRATCHES all over it. I couldn't believe it!

I immediately asked for a refund, but they straight up rejected me. Can you believe that? I even sent them pictures both times to prove that they messed up and the jackets were defective. I also gave them the tracking numbers for the returns. But nope, they didn't care. They said I had to wait for their "protocol" and it would take 7-10 business days for them to process the returns. Like, seriously? I just wanted this nightmare to be over, but they didn't believe me when I said they sent me a more expensive jacket twice (I couldn't even believe it myself until it actually happened). Their customer service is a joke, honestly. I wouldn't recommend FWRD to anyone. Stay far away from them if you don't want to deal with this kind of nonsense.

This review is about FWRD as a company, not Davina. I've been screwed over by whoever placed this order in the first place! I was only supposed to be charged $244.12 once... but instead, you randomly chose a different amount for this charge, $305.16. I thought, just like Nate at the time, that my credit card had been frauded since I didn't have any transaction totaling $305.16 to begin with. I've been dealing with this incorrect charge between FWRD and my credit card company. I had to get a new card number because of what you did, even though there was no fraud at all, just you charging me the wrong amount. I had to wait for two whole weeks to get it, so no charge card for me during that time, and I spent countless hours trying to fix things. I still don't think the charges are correct, and I'm STILL out $61.04. It feels like I still paid $305.16 instead of the CORRECT price of $244.12. I shop with you quite a bit, and all you could offer me was a measly 5% off another item?! I know it says 15% off for ALL MY TROUBLES, but I already know I automatically get 10% off every time I shop with you! I can't even express how upset I am that you stupidly did this. It still doesn't make any sense why you overcharged me in the first place, and I SPENT HOURS trying to get it all fixed properly. So yes, I am SUPER PISSED OFF to say the least about ALL the havoc and overcharge that I still feel I'm dealing with! I'll also have to go to other sites now to express my grievances about what you've put me through! NOT COOL AT ALL! Everything would have been just fine if you had charged me the $244.12, soooooooo simple, like you've done many times before... AND the fact that I NEVER needed a new credit card! You should find out who started this whole incorrect charge thing and fire them immediately! I definitely would if it were MY company, and my customer had to go through all this back and forth, thinking they were defrauded, etc!
