Future Investment US review: Investment

I was contacted via WhatsApp to invest into the basic plan for 250$ instantly my fund grew massively. I was advised to move to premium. My initial thoughts was that you can transfer money from your basic account to upgrade to premium. I was told to pay another 500$ for the funds to be released and withdraw then I can upgrade. I payed the needed funds and still I could not withdraw I needed to send more money. I refused and still the funds show in my account but I have no access to it keep telling me I must now send a miners fee. I think I will rather stop and cut my losses.
