Furniture & Mattress Surplus Warehouse review: Returned product but no refund

On September 4th, 2020, I purchased a queen mattress and box spring from Furniture & Mattress Surplus Warehouse on Neal Hawkins Rd in Gastonia. Even after much consultation with the store salesman, Jordan A., neither product fit my bed. Upon delivery we discovered the Atlantic Nights mattress and foundation did not fit and I had the items returned immediately back to the store-in its original condition. I have made several attempts to resolve the issue. I have called and made numerous trips to the store as I have not received a refund, although they have the mattress and foundation. While expressing my frustrations with one store representative they stated that they “deal with this every day”. Now I have received a mailer announcing the closure of this location. The Store Manager, Harris Bulgina, has yet to return my calls and refuses to speak to me. My interest in the store was peaked due to heavy marketing in my neighborhood. Now after reviewing feedback and seeing all the negative comments, I regret my decision. I am still seeking my full refund as this is the only way to resolve this issue.
