I came in to store today at 4:30pm - attempted to reload my father’s SRP rechargeable card. The lady at the front desk was unable to assist me. She called her manager Raymond. After about 10mins waiting he came up to front desk and told me he wasn’t able to help me. He said I can pay my bill but not recharge my card.

I went to my 75 year old father’s home, picked him up and shortly returned to store.

He always reloads his SRP card at this store. As recent as last week! . (Copy of Receipt attached)

We again approached front desk, Raymond was called again. He immediately approached us. I tried to show him receipt, to let him know we had done this at his store a few days back. Maybe it would help him figure it out. We really needed help! He did not a knowledge me at all. With a firm and discomforting voice said “I cannot help you” he did not take the time to review receipts I had.

Confused, I asked “are you the manager?”

To which he replied yes. Very Confused I asked, is there someone that can help me? To which he poorly replied, “no”

I am very disappointed on the poor customer service, lack of knowledge and unhelpful answers received today by your store “manager”

I hope he uses this as a growth experience in his career . My dad is 75 years old. Living in a warm house needing electricity, he was not able to assist us or even point us in the right direction . Honestly feel like he just didn’t care!

If having such a terrible day, he should stay home and have someone cover his shift next time!

Desired outcome: We left the store without the help needed
