Hi

I ordered 4 appliances from a company who sold Frigidaire in November 2022 and got our microwave in January 2023. It started to spark so, we contacted Frigidaire in February 10, 2023 and was sent a Original Purchase, Buy Back Claim Form.

It is now April 26, 2023 and we have yet to get our buy back although in march I was given North Lane's phone number [protected] who are the one's who release the buy back. But, when I called them they said go back to Frigidaire.

I have sent everything to 3 different emails [protected]@electrolux,com, gerald.[protected]@electrolux.com, na.gw.[protected]@electrolux.com.

And when I recieved an email April 12, 2023 telling me for the 5th time that they recieved my forms and they will contact me they NEVER DO.

So, what does the consumer do when a company wants you to eat your money on their purchased of a faulty product?

So I hope you will look into this because I have no microwave and I am 72 years old on a fixed income and can't afford to lose my money on this sale.
