not giving me credit of chips even after payment
I bought chip worth 19.99usd, equivalent to 81, 000, 000 chips on fresh deck poker online game. My account was debited but I did not get credit of my chips. I complaint thrice but I guess they are deaf and they don't care. I will be filing a police complaint on cheating and I will legally challenge them, and demand to block them from india. Just waiting for the lockdown to be over to challenge them legally.
I want my money back.
Fresh Deck Poker are card counting and taking probably millions from online users via Facebook. I began using this online game from Feb 8th to Feb 20th of 2013 until I realized they were cheating. I am sure there are plenty of other complaints out there. I want my money back.
