Frank was hired to repair major mistakes from a previous contractor, Faithway Construction, Bonnieville KY, and to remodel our master bathroom and our 2nd bathroom in January 2009. He has been paid for materials and labor. He, or any of his crew, has not shown up since April 22, 2009. We recently found out he has spent the money and has not acquired all the materials for our 2nd bathroom. We are in phone contact and have received a string of false promises. The contract states all work will be done by tomorrow May 22, 2009. We has to hire someone else to finish our bathroom. This worker found all kinds of substandard workmanship that had to be corrected. (unsupported corners, stained over painted base strips, short cut wood pieces filled in with caulking, drywall painted and then plastered and left, ceiling beam cut short leaving hole in both ends, door frames built and installed then the wood flooring put in leaving gaps around door frame where they tried to unsuccessfully cut around them, window installed not flush with outside particle board and not finished left to the elements. Particle board has swelled and pushed siding out. Lawsuit pending. Photo's upon request.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
