Occurrence:
On March 31, 2023, I paid for gazebo 1550 US dollars to Foshan Granto Furniture CO LTD and spoke with Fanny Zheng the salesperson. I put my final destination Belgrade, Serbia and received the invoice with that final destination. Out of 1550 US I paid 600 US for only shipping and transportation to Belgrade, Serbia thinking that I got a good deal.

PROBLEM:

Manipulation of hidden fees:
Problem arose when my goods were kept in KOPAR SLOVENIA and when Kopar started asking from me more money in order to ship from Kopar to Belgrade, I was shocked. Me thinking that I have already paid the shipping to Belgrade, contacted Kopar and they would not want to ship my goods without 497 euros payable to them. Then I contacted Alibaba contact salesperson for Foshan Granto Furniture Fanny Zheng who did not even want to speak with me but transferred me to Moddy Chen who demanded that I pay the Kopar Port fee 497 euros if I want my goods to be delivered to my final destination. Fanny Zheng sent me original invoice with only BELGRADE as final destination on it.

ANOTHER PROBLEM:
Unprofessionalism of your sales staff: They never mentioned Kopar port fees. When I called her, she hung up on me, then Moddy Chen hung up on me, then Joyce Zhong did not even want to consider talking to me and trying to help me out. They are rude, inconsiderate, they just want to grab customers for order, but what is happening with us later, NOBODY CARES!

YOUR COMPANY POLICY:
You have no company policy in place as nobody contacted me after complaining and writing endless complaints. I was tricked and manipulated into ordering and paying for something that cost more than I can afford, because your sales staff FANNY ZHENG was not transparent with me and told me about all the charges that could wait for me. Please call me back and prove you are still respected company who cares for the customers.

Desired outcome: i want your cheating manufacturer to pay the fee to Kopar Port in Slovenia as they have never told me about it
