I ordered the double delight set for my wedding anniversary for my wife. She received it later than requested which was not a big deal. But, the product she received did not resemble what was advertised on their website. The teddy bear on the website had a great deal of red detailing and the delivered bear had none. I also ordered an upgrade for a significantly higher price (deluxe) and the website stated that the picture shown was standard (a bear and 3 roses) and that the deluxe upgrade would allow the florist freedom to expand upon that arrangement. She received the standard product while I paid for the upgrade.
When I complained to customer service I fist received a form letter response telling me they would look into the matter. Then they sent an email saying how it is sometimes disappointing when substitutions have to be made (the same letter from the same CSR in Thailand according to other numerous complaints about this company) with no explanation whatsoever about why I didn't receive the upgrade I had already paid for. When I sent an email inquiring about the upgrade i received the same form reply letter as before. I will look into actions that can be taken by my credit card company as well as pay-pal but this is a warning. DO NOT engage in any dealings with this company. When you can't guarantee that anything you order online and pay for will be delivered in any fashion that represents what was advertised why would you bother taking the risk? Please compare the picture uploaded to the product offered on their website and you can make up your own mind: do YOU think it is of equal or greater value?

Dear Mr Dimmer,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback to help us provide the best service possible. As I informed you by email customer service I can confirm for the deluxe upgrade paid (US$10) we included a full size greeting card (rather than the standard size florist card) as well as bouquet wrapping for the deluxe upgrade. The promotional standard version of this arrangement includes 3 stems of roses without wrapping, fillers or full size card message. As you informed us you were disappointed with the upgrade we provided you with the US$10.00 refund for the upgrade (which you have not mentioned in your complaint above). I can also confirm that we delivered on the selected delivery date, we do state that we cannot guarantee AM delivery on our web site but your order was delivered during working hours on the selected delivery date.
