Forddun Contracting Management review: Non payment of wages and materials

I started to do work for Forddun in September of 2022.

I finsihed out my last commitmnt with them and finally had enough of doing work for Tim Dunford and Jese Plachta. They chose NOT to pay me for the final 48 hours I invoiced as well as materials out of pocket for the job which was finished. There are a couple of reasons I had decided to break ties with them as I will now explain. It will give insight to who Tim and Jesse are ethically and professionally.

The first job I started with them was a hospice in London Ontario. It did not take long to see how immature, racist, homophobic and sexually demented they are. So much so that this same hospice filed a sexual harassment complaint about Tim and Jesse to the main contractor. That was indeed pushed through which I had confirmed myself. To add insult to injury they chose to NOT even finish the job at the hospice and they had to call another contractor in to do so. It is not the only job which was NOT finished by their company. If a customer questioned a repair and Jesse and Tim took offense to it they just chose to not finish it. I experienced many incidents where inappropriate conversations were being had about either the homeowners and in the case of the hospice about the staff and the ill people staying at the hospice.

They never missed an opportunity to bash Blacks, Native Americans,East Indiands, gay people and just about any other ethnic group which exists.

These are serious accusations and they can be backed up by audio, video, pictures and texts. They are pleasant to your face but take no time to find something to rdicule or bash you about.

I have notified them I have some of their tools and listed them off as I would like to return them. Jesse states he has some of mine but declines to list them. Though I know what they are and could care less if I get them back. They know I have car issues at the moment and offered to send the tools back with another employee who lives here in Sarnia as well. They told him no and that it is my responsibility. That is just childish and petty. They are here for whenever they want to get them. I am NOT delivering them seeing that there is an easy solution as well as the fact that I won't do a pair of thieves any favors.
