Ford - Won’t honor extended warranty they sold me

Do not buy the extended warranty they will not honor it
Scamville ford... They will not honor the warranty I got scammed into purchasing with my vehicle... The service women are rude and disrespectful. I was scammed into buying extended warranty - they say it covers everything however they charge you to diagnose it. What a joke!
Do not get any extended warranty through them... Scam waste of $3, 000.
I had multiple issues they wanted to charge me $176 for each issue to diagnose and won't know if it's covered under the warranty until after they pull apart the car. So basically $1000+ bill no matter what because they won't honor the warranty.

Of course close to the end date of warranty I brought it in to get fixed - a few issues happened, first off they want to charge me $176 per issue to diagnose before letting me know if under warranty, second they won't know if it's covered until they pull the car apart... I feel so scammed that the salesman almost forced us to buy the "extended warranty" we bought the best one.
Also beware they won't tell you if you have a warranty... And if you lay out money to fix good luck trying to get a refund for an item that is covered under warranty. My door handle broke off payed $500 to get it fixed-husband freaked when I got home says we have warranty. Sayville never mentioned the warranty I had to search my paperwork and prove I had a warranty. Save yourself don't buy or fix a car here. They are a scam and dishonest, the service department representatives were very rude and condescending. I will

Done with ford period. After a lifetime ford customer this finally did me in.
I feel so scammed and violated.

Ford - My 2012 f150

On 8/23/2019 I brought my vehicle in to have the drivers side signal light bulb replaced in order to pass inspection. I also asked to find out why the heat wasn't working, as well as the fan speed only working on full blower . Also my rear drivers side speaker was out since this dealership repaired while the truck was still under my extended warranty . The tech after some time. I was at my scheduled appt . Promptly at 7am claimed to have changed two bulbs and it was in working order . He also stated that there was a wire that came undone resulting in the speaker malfunction. He said the door ajar warning lite is now in the dashboard remaining in until I repaired the speaker wires . I foolishly said ok but that's not how I brought the truck in. He obviously did something in that door to cause this issue. I drive away and was charged for an over amount of labor the bill was 300.00 I needed to leave for another appt . Almost 12 miles from the dealership I put in the signal. It didn't work. Had to cancel my period appt. went back . The service manager Chris Ambrico gave me a sing and dance. And blamed the age of my vehicle and not the tech. He said if you want a refund which I do. He said fine . Take the truck as is and I will refund you . Does that show good customer relations. I don't think so. I stayed there all day like a fool kept waiting no one ever came to give me an update. Or offer me a cup of coffee. I went back into the service manager several times. Was told they can't get to the other issue. The back door ajar problem his tech caused. I had to come back on the techs next day of work Tuesday. Because the next day Saturday. Which he was working he wouldn't have time to get to my truck. Wrong . I should have been a priority. At that point I went into the Vice Presidents office and he was stunned. He got me a loner car an apologized. I explained all to him . I was at the dealership all day. I was not treated in any way like a customer. Lied to and left there with no communication until 4:30 that day .by the way I have a truck in order for oct delivery before all this went down cliff the vp was great . But I had to go to him . I as if today have not received a full refund for my time. I was lied to and today is 8/30 . This is no way to provide customer service. I have been on a management retail environment for over 40 years . I have not I would not ever have a customer treated like have been. I would like a full refund for this nightmare I was out through. This was a horrible ordeal they put me through. No one would admit their error .
