I ordered a flower bouquet for Rs 720/- which to be delivered to a friend of mine on his birthday. The feedback I received from my friend was that some soiled old flowers were delivered without any greetings or the name of the sender. My friend was wondering who sent him such a lousy bouquet and knew it was sent by me only after I told him. But it was really embarassing. I would have been better off without sending such a lousy bouquet. These flower delievery services take people for a royal ride, specially if you live abroad. They have no accountability and do not tell us if the flowers were actually delivered or not. But they promptly collect the money. BEWARE OF FLOWERSCHENNAI.COM.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I ordered a black forest and got some other trashy cake ! and it was delivered in such a bad state that all the wordings got smashed and it was such a mess !

I ordered for my fiance. Flowers delivered with greeting card properly. Even I too scared first to order, I took a chance, its succeed. Flowers are fresh too and delivery happened on requested time exactly. Might be some of cases wrong, but mine worked good with flowerschennai.com
I was also duped from this site. I had ordered a black forest cake but then surprisingly I got a chocolate cake. I expected them to put a small birthday card to be sent alongwith the cake as it was my friends's birthday, but no way.
Now when I contacted them, they blatantly refuted all charges and put blame on me for negligence. I warn everyone to not use any kind of service from www.flowerschennai.com unless you don't care about your order.
Hi, I had ordered a bouquet and a black forest cake for my hubby for our wedding anniversary which happened to be on valentines day... The online payment got debited instantly from my account without any problem with the site, however only the flowers were delivered and the cake was missing. When I called them they said that there was a confusion and the cake was not sent with the flowers... I waited the entire day, no calls from them, I tried called all their possible nos, no response, even my calls to the owner's number were being disconnected by them. The next day when I spoke to the owners, Seema and her husband both were extremely rude (unbelievably rude) claimed that they were busy and short of people hence could not deliver.. When I mentioned that I will take this up with the consumer forum they were being sarcastic about it.. Shabby Company, have no respect for customers or value for customer's money... Dont get yourself cheated...
