I renewed my benefits as directed in May 2023 and had recently lost my employment as well, my son had lost his job and moved back home. The same day that I received the request for documents, I provided them via upload. After a month, I received a denial letter for not providing documents that were clearly uploaded in my online portal. I was told to reapply which I did, another month goes by and I receive a denial stating we made too much money. Mind you, I have added a third person and the only income was what my 18 year old daughter was making working part-time. Upon looking at my account they had never removed my income but rather doubled it. I was told to apply again. After 5 months of going in circles I finally received my first benefit deposit which was $145 in August and no back pay even though it was clearly their error. When I was working and there was only 2 of us I received $517 but adding a person and removing income dropped me down hundreds of dollars. So I go back to my account portal and still my income is showing as double. I report a change and another month goes by. Finally I upload a letter to the portal explaining all of this because good luck calling them. The next day I received a request for proof of loss. The same loss I have already uploaded proof for 2 over times. I upload it for a third time and it has been almost a month since then with no change and when I looked today under the reposted change it says complete. Absolutely ridiculous!

Desired outcome: I would like for my reported I come to be accurate so that I am receiving the correct amount as well I would like for my benefits to be back dated to May when I did everything I was supposed to do.
