I had a petscan done at Florida Cancer Specialists. I asked for a disc and signed a form instructing them to get the disc and hold it for me to pick up at the location off of Pine Island Road. I called this morning and was told that they had the disc and I could pick it up. One hour later, I was at the location and no one knew where the disc was. They kept me there for about one hour but still could not locate the disc. They think it was mailed to them or to me. Then I was told to call the Gladiolus location and have them make me a disc that I could pickup today. I called them and was told that they were too busy to do this. They are operating in the Stone Age. The data can easily be transmitted digitally and put on a disc with a $20 disc drive. Why mail it? My various doctors are asking for the disc.
I have called Florida Cancer Specialists about this problem 13 times today. No one helps. They just transferred me to a number that did not answer. The last call I made they hung up.
