Flooring Direct review: Cancellation on laminate flooring

On the 14 I've been trying to get in contact with this company I've sent messages emails called and it kept being hung up on me so no response what so ever,it's about my cancellation on flooring and nobody it responding to me I want to know how long it takes for the refund to reflect back in to my bank account and I'm hitting a brick wall as nobody is responding or picking up the phone
